Studies on coal macerals

Chromatographic, infrared, and other analytic data for vitrinite, fusinite, and exinite concentrates from samples of abnormally high-sulfur Tertiary coals of Assam (India) are presented and compared with similar data for normal (coking) coals from the Jharia field.
